In case your LapTop doesn't have installed a BT Software to manage / change / copy / paste files between your BT Devices (Latptop - mobile phone , etc)
you can try one of these Softwares

a) Medieval Bluetooth File Transfer (OBEX FTP) for PC
Licencse : Shareware . Free trial for 10 days , and then 1,50 euro to buy software.
After payment, you receive in your email the license file , which is encoded and linke to your BT adapter MAC Address. That means you can't use your license in a different PC unless your BT device is portable (i.e USB)

b)OBEX Commander 1.9.2
License : Freeware
It seems really cool and supports a lot of devices....
Not tested by me though

Don't forget that in order BT Devices to work , must have the appropriated BT support by your operating system. This is called BT Stack Software.
Various LapTop Assemblers develop their own BT Stack , so for Toshiba Laptops you can install TOSHIBA BT Stack , and so on.
BT Stack software is different from BT Device Drivers.

First open a run window by clicking start, then run.
Now, type the following command and press enter:
regsvr32 softpub.dll Wintrust.dll Initpki.dll Rsaenh.dll Mssip32.dll Cryptdlg.dll

If you use Windows XP you should open another run window after running the previous commands then type the following command:
regsvr32 Dssenh.dll Gpkcsp.dll Slbcsp.dll Sccbase.dll

THIS will FIX the problem! :)
