Attached you can see the results of correct setting of CLEVO M38AW + Pentium M 760 @ 2GHz.
Initially, Clevo came with FSB adjusted to 400MHz . My pentium M 760 @ 2GHz was not able to give more than 1.5GHz power.
Removing the Heat Shink of CPU, you will see very close to processor two tiny dip switches.
Set BOTH of them to ON, and your FSB will be 533MHz.

After that , the power increases to 2GHz (which is the normal for this processor)

In both cases, TOAST programm is running on the background to "Load" the processor at 100%, ensuring that processor is not working in standby mode.
For the correct setting of the FSB, the help of PCW user dkaretsos was really fantastic....
